The archive has 2 opening options the administrators and the public. Both appear and work in a similar fashion with the admin having more accessibility and the public in a more locked down mode. The main form is the opening page on each.
This is an introduction and information page. There are 2 interactive buttons. Close database which does exactly that and shuts down the archive, and the Search Database which closes the main form and opens the results form.
